Marketplace role

Bdproperty provides listing and contact tools. Unless expressly stated, it is not a party to a sale, lease, payment, or brokerage agreement between users.

Listings

You must have authority to advertise a property and must provide accurate, lawful information. Fraudulent, discriminatory, misleading, duplicate, or rights-infringing listings are prohibited. Listings may be reviewed, rejected, or removed.

User conduct

You may not scrape seller information, evade access limits, compromise accounts, interfere with the service, or use contact information for unrelated marketing.

Safety

Users should independently verify ownership, identity, documents, pricing, and property condition. Do not send money or sensitive documents until the counterparty and transaction have been verified.

Accounts and enforcement

You are responsible for your account and must report suspected compromise promptly. Access may be restricted to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
