Information we process

We process account details, property listing information and photos, security logs, and seller-contact access records to operate and protect the marketplace. Uploaded photos are scanned and normalized before storage, which removes embedded metadata such as EXIF and GPS data.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, review listings, connect verified users with sellers, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and public listings

Approved listing descriptions, locations, and photos are public. Pending and rejected listings are available only to the submitting account and authorized administrators. Seller email addresses are disclosed only to signed-in, verified users and are subject to access limits. Do not publish an exact unit address or identifying photo unless you intend it to be public.

Retention and security

Account and listing data is retained while needed to provide the service. Security and dispute records are access-controlled and retained only for the documented security or legal period. We use encryption in transit, restricted database roles, multifactor administration, and security monitoring.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information by contacting contact@bdproperty.org. Some fraud-prevention or legal records may need to be retained in pseudonymous form.
